								Missouri Breaks
								As our canoes float down the Missouri River, we admire the scenery, with the occasional delightful surprise, left. These are ranch horses - not wild, as I'd hoped. Several historical - but still working ranches - border the Missouri through the Missouri Breaks. Every day Ella Mae Howard, our Lewis and Clark expert, above, points out places mentioned in the journals.
