| Boone Cave lies off the right side of the Katy Trail less(?) than a mile west of the L&C June Campsite sign. It's not a large cave - about 5 feet high at the entrance - and most likely not as useful for early river travellers as larger ones along the river. No Corps member's journal mentions having seen the cave. Little red mushrooms pop out under debris near the cave entrance, top rt. |
