Ilwaco Washington

If you like to hike you can follow the North Head Trail 1 1/2 miles to the junction with the Westwind Trail. Then follow this trail 9/10 of a mile to Beards Hollow. You can drive there on WA HWY 100, the loop road, to this site. Clark's squad passed here on Nov. 19, 1805. His descriptions of the 18th also apply to these surroundings. Top right, an old sea stack.
