Ridgefield Washington
									Ridgefield is located off !-5 exit 14 on WA HWY 501 west. Go through town and turn right on N Main Ave. Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters is on the left. Interpretive signs are at the trailhead in the parking lot. The model plankhouse is about 500 yards down the trail. As the Corps passed by on November 5, 1805, Clark "...observed on the Chanel which passes on the Stard Side...a large village, the front of which occupies nearly 1/4 of a mile fronting the Chanel...."
