North Fork Idaho
	The map indicates the trails taken by Clark's exploratory party; and the full Corps's later route. The red dots along the river to North Fork, and left toward Shoup, depict Clark's trek. The entire Corps of Discovery, when Clark returned, went up Tower Creek to get around rough terrain to the upper North Fork Salmon River. The Salmon River rolls down the canyon west of North Fork, right. The Salmon River Road, west, follows Clark's trail.
