									Two views of the North Fork Salmon flowing to the Salmon River. Captain Clark and 11 men, guided by Old Toby (see page 169), passed through here on august 21, 1805. They wanted to see if the Salmon River, west of here could be navigated. See the next 4 pages for the rest of the story.
