North Fork Idaho
The small town of North Fork sits at the confluence of the rivers. It's about 28 miles north of Salmon, Idaho, on US HWY 93. There's a small park, behind the motel, with interpretive signs. You have good views right at the rivers' meeting. Top left, the main Salmon runs north; the North Fork flows in from the left. The North Fork flows west toward the Salmon, right.
