Lewis & Clark Trail Elk Point Heritage Park SD
	Continuing north on I-29, I crossed into South Dakota and took exit 18 to the town of Elk Point. The Missouri has shifted a few miles west of town. The park stands at the former river bank where the Corps camped. I was lucky enough to camp here also. The left flag in the photo above is a replica of the boat flag explained on the sign, right. Next is the 1803 US flag. It was raining so I couldn't get photos of the flags of local Indian tribes.
