Cut Bank Creek meanders from its west source in the Rocky Mts. After trekking the creek 28 miles on 7/22/06, Lewis'crew settled into camp on the south side of the creek about 2 mi west of this crossing. From US 2, turn north on County Rd 444 a couple miles to the crossing (see previous page). Left side, Cut Bank Creek flows from the camp area; Right side, it glides east toward Cut Bank and its meeting with Two Medicine River to form Marias Rv.
