Eagle Falls is right in the city. On the previous page and here, the
falls are shown with maximum and minimum flow. The bottom photos are
from the Black Eagle Falls and Dam Overlook. This turnout is on Riverside
Drive N, on the way to the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center.
The top photos are at river level. In the dry period, I walked out
to the edge of the falls to get the bottom image on the previous page.
Black Eagle Falls and Dam is accessed from US HWY 87 north. Cross
the Missouri and take the first right, North River Road. |
