stop; Glasgow. This town sits about half way between L&C Camps
for June 9 and for June 10-11. I was looking for information about
the two campsites. North on HWYs AC and FF from Arrowrock and a turn
east on HWY 240 got me back across the Missouri and into town. Two
ladies visiting from Kansas City told me the bridge over the river,
top right, would come down in June and travelers would be ferried
across for a year until the new bridge was completed. Right, the Missouri
River running east . These photos were taken at Stump Island Park.
I was directed to the police station/chamber of commerce for L&C
information. The door was open - nobody there. It was the police station.
After waiting a few minutes, I left. Maybe they were on an emergency
