| These
interpretive signs are located in the picnic ground part of the Lewis
And Clark Trail State Park. It's south of US HWY 12. The top right
sign greets visitors as they enter this side of the park. One sign
describes the various Native American tribes' contributions to the
area. A section of that sign, above, lists those tribes. The cutout
silhouettes of Lewis, Clark, and Sacajawea, with baby Jean Baptiste,
point the way to the restrooms - carrying over the theme from the
campground side of the park. |
