| This exceptional statue stands in a courtyard on the beautiful Lewis & Clark Community College campus in Godfrey. From Wood River follow HWY 3 and 143 along the Mississippi to Alton. Turn north on US HWY 67 to the campus. Glenna Goodacre sculptured this piece as well as the Sacagawea dollar coin. Randy'L He-Dow Teton, a Shoshone Indian was the model for both. |
