| The weathered sign at the entrance presents some background details. The Missouri River here is only a few hundred yards from the cave. As usual the boats fought off floating logs. They had to deal with swift violent storms. I got here from Big Lake SP on I-29 north. I turned west onto US HWY 136 to Brownville NB then south on State HWY 2. |
