Nemaha River - Rulo NB
Although the sign, above, concerns the next day's camp, it provides more details about the July 11-12 camp. The bluff next to the Nemaha, top right, is near where Clark saw "Some Indian marks" and marked his own name. Right, Karl Bodmer's 1833 painting, "The Missouri Below the Platte" shows the bluff from up river on the right.
